Youth Ministry Lead
We are seeking a Youth Ministry Lead who will oversee the diverse and growing discipleship and pastoral needs for our youth, helping every young person to have opportunities to understand their identity in Christ and develop a relationship with Him.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic person to lead our youth ministry – growing our youth ministry, discipling our youth and supporting and equipping our volunteers.
We feel so privileged that our church has a rich history of engaging young people. We have now developed a wider and longer-serving vision for youth ministry and are excited to follow God’s lead and help our young people dig deeper in their relationship with Him. We genuinely believe that each and every young person in our church can be a world-changer for Jesus and we want to nurture in them a faith that will be lifelong and transformative
Our volunteer youth work leaders and helpers are phenomenal and serve our youth tirelessly with so much love and creativity. We deeply desire to honour too our youth team and encourage, equip and disciple them.
You will be welcomed into our church family and Ministry Team and encouraged to use your time with us to develop and enhance your own relationship with Christ and the Spirit-led gifts He has given you. Through mentoring, line-managing and dedicated time for personal development and training we hope this position will help you to reach your God-given potential.
The future of youth work in our church is hugely excited. Our young people are some of the most gifted, caring and brilliant people – they deserve the very best we can give them both spiritually and otherwise.
